Letters are obtained through chests, especially wood, gold and magic, which are the most common that you will get when leveling up or raiding other villages.
When you have 2 or more of the same card, you can send them to your friends as a gift, by touching on said card (you will be able to differentiate them because a +2, or more, will appear in the deck, indicating that it is repeated). In addition, you can also ask for letters to complete missing collections.
What’s more, when you get to village 20, you will be able to exchange duplicate cards for chests that will give you free spins, experience and other cards.
Finally, you should know that the stars on each card indicate the rarity level. The more stars, the rarer, so they are probably the ones you have to ask your friends more often to get them.
